1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "tekbet" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at tekbet.club, including all products, services, features, and tools provided through that domain.
• "Platform" means the tekbet website, its mobile-responsive interface, and any application or software associated with the delivery of tekbet services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the tekbet platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player upon completion of the tekbet registration process.
• "Wallet" means the centralised tekbet account balance from which all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and game wagers are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits or free spins awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money balances.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be staked before a withdrawal request can be approved in relation to those funds.
• "MFS" stands for Mobile Financial Services and refers to payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay operating in Bangladesh.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on tekbet are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the tekbet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tekbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of tekbet complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as an agent for any third party. tekbet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of tekbet or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the tekbet platform or any associated service.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of tekbet services — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts on the tekbet platform:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active tekbet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at tekbet's discretion.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and the mobile number associated with your MFS wallet. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tekbet login credentials, including your username and password. tekbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information up to date. tekbet uses your registered contact details to send account notifications, verification requests, and important service updates.
• Verification: tekbet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used on your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tekbet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tekbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Ownership: Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tekbet does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated account suspended.
2. Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Wallet section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. tekbet reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account verification status and transaction history.
3. Processing times: Deposits via MFS methods are typically credited to your tekbet Wallet instantly for standard amounts. Withdrawal processing times are typically under 60 minutes for verified accounts, though delays may occur during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.
4. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your tekbet account. tekbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
5. Bonus fund restrictions: Withdrawal of funds that include bonus credits is subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Real-money deposits made without an active bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.
6. Declined transactions: tekbet reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tekbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the registration process and, where required, passed identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• tekbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit bonus offers — including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as those tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), or Victory Day (December 16) — are subject to limited availability and may be withdrawn upon expiry of the promotional period without further notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the tekbet sportsbook. Additional sport-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change prior to confirmation; the confirmed odds shown on the bet slip at the time of submission are the binding odds for that wager.
• tekbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or selection at any time without prior notice, including for accounts that are identified as exhibiting professional or systematic betting patterns.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), tekbet reserves the right to void affected bets. Decisions regarding palpable errors are final.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any time during an event at tekbet's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension period are void.
• Voided bets — for example, bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement timeframe, or affected by a verified error — will be returned to the Player's Wallet at the original stake value.
• Settlement of markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). tekbet is not bound by unofficial or media-reported results.

7 Casino Games

tekbet's casino section — including live dealer tables, slots, and game shows — is powered by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited by the respective game provider. tekbet does not modify the outcome of any game.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are provided by the game developer and reflect theoretical long-term averages across a large number of rounds. RTP is not a guarantee of return on any individual session.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. Connectivity interruptions during a live session are governed by the individual game provider's disconnection policy, details of which are available within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tekbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; identity fraud; submission of falsified verification documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games without human input.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or odds differentials in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Any attempt to use the tekbet platform to launder funds of any origin. tekbet complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Account sharing: Sharing your tekbet account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispricings on the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tekbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Player or their payment provider against a completed tekbet transaction.
• A Player self-excludes through the tekbet responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited at tekbet's discretion following investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of identity verification procedures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tekbet platform — including but not limited to the tekbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, sportsbook interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of tekbet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tekbet platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any tekbet content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tekbet software.
• Use any tekbet branding, trademarks, or content in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the tekbet platform using automated tools.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tekbet's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

tekbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if tekbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

tekbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside tekbet's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, power outages, or natural disasters) may result in temporary unavailability of services. tekbet is not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

12 Privacy

tekbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the tekbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tekbet implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform and applies technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no online system is entirely free from risk, and tekbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

13 Responsible Gaming

tekbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tekbet Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the tekbet platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the tekbet platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tekbet operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so subject to all applicable local laws and regulations governing online gambling and digital financial transactions.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under procedures communicated to the Player at the time of escalation. tekbet's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions — including the settlement of bets and the validity of bonus claims — shall be final and binding, except where demonstrably arbitrary or made in bad faith.
